  • Visit the Historic Center of Lima and take in the sights of the Palace of Justice, San Martín Square, and the Lima Cathedral before entering the monumental San Francisco Convent to explore the underground Catacombs.

  • Travel through the Sacred Valley to the town of Pisac. Visit the Archaeological Center and Traditional Artisan Market before touring the banks of the Vilcanota River to harvest vegetables and cook Pachamanca.

  • Take the Vistadone Observatory train towards the town of Aguas Calientes before continuing on to spend a full day in Machu Picchu and embark on a guided tour of the Sanctuary.

  • 3 hours south of Lima, visit the Paracas National Reserve Park, Peru’s oldest marine reserve and wildlife sanctuary and see the Candelabra Nazca line.

Itinerary

  • Arrive in Lima at 9:00PM where you will be picked up and taken to Country Club Lima Hotel.

  • Begin by visiting contemporary Lima. The day starts with a panoramic view of Miraflores Central Park, Parque del Amor, to appreciate the spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and Huaca Pucllana, a pre-Inca temple from the 4th century AD.

    In the Historic Center you will explore the Palace of Justice, San Martín Square, Plaza Mayor, Lima Cathedral, and City Hall before entering the monumental San Francisco Convent.

    Inside, the Choir Room, Monk’s Library, and Sacristy await with its collection of paintings by Zurbarán and Rivera. Through its beautiful Moorish arches, the Grand Courtyard of the Main Cloister is exquisitely decorated with 16th-century Sevillian tiles. Finally the Underground Crypts, will feel like stepping into the Colonial past.

    Visit the Larco Heritage Museum and have lunch at Larco Museum Cafe & Restaurant.

  • Visit to the Miraflores fruit and vegetable Market, we will visit the “Mercado Artesanal de Miraflores” handicrafts and silversmithing center. Lunch at Huaca Pucllana and opportunity to visit the Archaeological Ruins.

    Return to the Country Club Hotel.

    Pick up at 7:00 PM to have dinner at OSAKA (Nikkei cuisine) Transportation to the hotel at 9pm, and, for those who want to enjoy an extra cocktail the Kero Lounge is on the top floor, amazing cocktails!

  • Early pick up to catch the plane to Cusco.

    Pass through Chincheros on the way to the Sacred Valley to visit the first archaeological complex of Chincheros and its textile workshops.

    Tour of Maras and Moray will include some very interesting visits, including sites that serve as agricultural laboratories and salt production facilities (the latter is still operational). This visit lasts half a day.

    Visit the Maras Salt Mine, located in the Sacred Valley. The town’s most striking feature are the uniquely designed doorways of its houses. The town is explored by vehicle.

    Lunch at MIL CENTRO restaurant, owned by Chef Virgilio Martinez, owner of “Central”, named 2024’s Best Restaurant in the World and enjoy the 8 Season Tasting Menu.

    The road from Maras to Moray is unpaved, but is well worth the effort to see this agricultural laboratory. A natural depression transformed into concentric terraces, resembling a large coliseum. The altitude reaches up to 150 meters, and the temperature difference between the top and bottom of the depression can be as low as 15°C.

    Afterward, we will travel to Tambo del Inka Luxury Resort and Spa for your overnight stay.

  • We will begin our guided tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, traveling through the fertile countryside until we reach the town of Pisac. We will visit the Archaeological Complex and Traditional Artisan Market, continuing the tour along the banks of the Vilcanota River.

    Lunch at Restaurant el Albergue.

    Harvest vegetables from the garden and cook Pachamanca.

    Pachamanca is a traditional Andean culinary technique that consists of cooking food using the heat of hot stones buried in the ground. Typical ingredients include meat (pork, lamb, or chicken), potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, and aromatic herbs, which are layered on the hot stones. The accumulated heat of the stones slowly cooks the food, giving it a unique and characteristic flavor.

    This experience is not only a feast of flavors but also a celebration of the Andean worldview, in which the earth (Pachamama) is considered a source of sustenance and vitality. Participating in a Pachamanca allows you to connect with the local culture and its ancestral traditions, while enjoying a meal prepared in an authentic and sustainable way.

    Next, we will visit the ancient and enigmatic fortress of Ollantaytambo, one of the last living Inca towns, comprised of numerous temples and terraces (this complex is one of the great monumental works of the Incas).

    Return to the Tambo del Inka Hotel.

  • Early meeting at the train terminal of the same Tambo del Inka hotel, to take the Vistadone Observatory train towards the town of Aguas Calientes.

    Vistadome trains are specially designed railway coaches that offer a unique travel experience with features such as large panoramic windows, glass-domed ceilings These trains provide unobstructed 180-degree views of the stunning landscapes along the journey.

    Upon arrival, we will board the bus that will take us to the majestic archaeological site of Machu Picchu, which was discovered in 1911 by the American archaeologist Hiram Bingham. We will have a guided tour of the Sanctuary where we will see the Royal Palace, the Three Windows, the Sun Dial or Intihuatana, the Sacred Plaza, and the Condor, all built with architectural perfection. Afterwards, we will have free time to appreciate the majestic site and take some photographs.

    5 Course lunch at the Belmond Sauctuary Lodge-TampuRestaurant

    Return to the town of Aguas Calientes to take your train to Urubamba. From there, we will collect your luggage and depart for Cusco.

    Overnight stay in Cusco at the Aranwa Boutique Hotel

  • AM pick-up from your hotel for the City Tour, where you will see attractions such as the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, and visit Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun).

    The tour continues with visits to nearby ruins located outside the city, such as Kenko, Puca Pucara, Tambomachay, and the Sacsayhuaman Fortress.

    Lunch at Chicha, owned by Gastón Acurio, Peruvian chef and ambassador of Peruvian cuisine. He owns multiple restaurants in various countries, is the author of several books and contributes to culinary magazines. In Peru, he is the host of Finding Gaston, a television show where he explores the passion and inspiration behind Peruvian cuisine all over the country. His restaurants are consistently ranked among the 50 best in the world since 2011.

    At the designated time, transfer to the airport for our return to Lima. Reception at Lima airport, before returning to the Country Club Lima Hotel.

  • Visit to Barranco, including a walk to “El Puente de los Suspiros” and a visit to the viewpoint.

    Lunch at Mayta. Owned by Chef Jaime Pesaque and currently ranked 39th in the world.

    At this time, for those looking for some rest and relaxation, you can choose to return to the hotel. For those with the energy to continue on, visit the Larcomar shopping center facing the Pacific Ocean.

    Tour includes dinner at Madame Tusan, a restaurant specializing in “chifa”, a unique fusion of Chinese and Peruvian flavors.

    OPTIONAL: An upgraded dinner experience option is available at Maido, ranked 2025’s Best Restaurant in the World.

  • Departure for Paracas, about 3 hours south of Lima.

    Lunch at Intimar Restaurant in Paracas Bay with your feet in the sand and endulge in their specialty; scallops that grow in front of the restaurant in the bay.

    In the afternoon we begin the 4x4 Sand Desert Excursion. We will end in a dune where tents, carpets and heavy appetizers will be waiting for us to dine and watch the sunset and the stars glow before returning to the hotel for the night.

  • Depart for the Ballestas Islands excursion where, from our boat we will we will see the Candelabra, one of the Nazca lines, then we head into the Paracas National Reserve Park. Rich in biodiversity with a mission to protect both marine and desert ecosystems, experience an abundance of fauna including Humboldt penguins, sea lions, dolphins, and numerous sea birds,

    Free time to enjoy lunch at Paracas Hotel before boarding the bus to return to Lima.

  • Free morning for a final exploration of Lima.

    We will pick you up at noon to have lunch at La Mar by Gaston Acurio

    After lunch we will head back to the hotel.

    7:00 PM Pick-up for the airport.
