Manna’s monthly dinner series. During this evening you will dine with our featured Chef of the month, enjoying a prix fixe menu that highlights and explores a specific region, certain ethnic cuisine, or ingredient that inspired that Chef to step into the kitchen.

This month we welcome back Chef Margot from a soulful European journey that took her from Belgium to France and finally ending in Bologna. Join her at the table for for the stories that inspired this evening’s menu.
