We will start in Spain with Gambas al ajillo and grilled bread paired with Oro de Castilla Verdejo
Then head over to the Provence region of France to enjoy Pissaladière, a traditional flatbread dish with a glass of Clarendelle by Haut de Brion, Provence Rosé.
Next, Portugal will offer Bacalhau à Brás, a dish of salted Cod with eggs and potatoes to enjoy with Nortico Alvarinho .
Finally, Italy will delight with Cannoli and Donnafugata La Bella Sedàra.
