Event begins at 6pm

Start the evening with a Boulevardier and spinach chiffonade salad with mushrooms, carrots, asparagus and creamy garlic vinaigrette

Then sip on a traditional Old Fashioned made with Benchmark Full Proof to enjoy with a pan seared Filet Mignon and blue cheese sauce, queso fresco Yukon mashed potatoes, and sautéed green beans.

Finish the night with a pour of George T. Stagg Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
