G.B. Crane Wine Tasting
Wednesday, November 6th | 6pm
“It was said that growing grapes of any kind in this region would be a ludicrous effort, however, Crane’s determination would soon tell otherwise.”
Located in the Mayacamas Mountain range in southern St. Helena, G.B. Crane first established grapes on the site back in 1858 where he set out to produce wines that would rival the best in the world.
The estate produces two wines, a Cabernet Sauvignon and a field blend born from G.B. Crane’s original plantings named El Coco. In addition to these two estate wines, they craft a third wine, a Zinfandel blend from heritage vineyards found throughout the Napa Valley named Disciples.
We welcome G.B. Crane’s National Sales Manager, Ernest Brown, a Dayton native and dear friend of Manna, to share these estate wines.

Holiday cooking & Tasting Seminar

In this class Chef Donivan will show you a few recipes to create a cozy, home cooked holiday dinner. You’ll learn how to:
Marinate, cook, and carve a turkey
Sautée brussels sprouts in brown butter and caramelize walnuts
Create a seafood stew served in a baked squash
Tarte au soleil, fig filled pastry
