Chef Margot Blondet
Chef Margot Blondet has been cooking across the globe for over 20 years. She traveled from her home in Lima, Peru to Florida and then Dayton in 2005. Her menus have always had a flare for fusion, blending classical French techniques with the diverse, immigrated flavors of South American cuisine.
Inspired by the taste of modern Europe and the ambiance of the late 19th-century Victorian era, Chef Margot Blondet set out to create a sexy, sophisticated dining and cocktail experience.
Nestled in Centerville’s historic Uptown neighborhood, Manna offers its guests a journey through time and culture. The property maintains its original, historic architecture while housing Manna’s sleek, sensual cocktail bar and modern Victorian-era dining room both peppered with carvings, sculptures, chandeliers, and marble from Blondet’s travels across the globe.
Manna’s menu blends together rich European culinary traditions with that South American je ne sais quoi that is Blondet’s legacy. Bold, provocative cocktails and a chic wine program suggest that salvation is just around the corner.
